1. Injectors were ineffective. You literally have to unscrew the top and remove the nozzle to get a product.2. The "toner" aspect of purple shampoo/conditioner is very weak. Almost no pigment. No noticeable toning after first use.3. The smell in the shower was very chemical. But to be honest, now that I've gotten out of the shower (hair is damp) I kinda like the smell. It's a little perfume-y.4. I understand this may depend more on the shipping process, but the item arrived in a Revain package (rather than a box which I found odd). And one of the nozzles was completely unscrewed and the product completely covered the inside of the Revain bag. I managed to save a little less than half the shampoo. The air conditioning was on point. But honestly, I should have just turned the package down at that point.
