Both products are very good (or seem so after first use). But the conditioner bottle/pump should be better. The product is quite thick which is nice but the pump is not effective for such a density - I had to remove the cap/pump and pour it to use it - a nuisance in the shower. It should have a stronger pumping mechanism. Please improve this function.

I don't know how a product can pump out of a bottle so thick and deep purple and then form such a foaming white unworkable lather. Even with rinsing and repeating the lather, I still couldn't apply it to my scalp. Then it dries immediately. My hair turned into a sticky, sticky mess when I tried putting conditioner on it. 1. Injectors were ineffective. You literally have to unscrew the top and remove the nozzle to get a product.2. The "toner" aspect of purple shampoo/conditioner is very weak. Almost no pigment. So let me tell you that my hair is naturally dark brown but recently added blonde and caramel highlights. I've never been so blonde/blonde. I started noticing the highlights getting faded and dull, I wanted to highlight the highlights so I just thought of using that popular purple shampoo/conditioner and it worked! Not sure if I got an old product or just because the shampoo is almost like a slime and I had to dilute it with water and shake the bottle to get it to use. It works well with my hair, smells great and leaves my hair soft, but it has such an odd texture for a shampoo. I'd give it a better rating, but I don't want my shampoo to look like a blob of goo.

I have thin, greasy hair so this formula suits me. However, if I had thick, dry hair, I don't think I would be happy. Both the shampoo and conditioner contain oil, but I can't say the formula is very moisturizing. The scent is great but doesn't last very long. It makes my hair soft enough without weighing it down. The only thing I wish it had was more purple pigment in it, it tints copper well but I like A LOT more purple in my purple shampoo.
