Review on Intercomp 360060 Glow Pressure Gauge by Nicholas Serafini

Thin gauge that needs a whirl

This monster is a thin gauge and it seems accurate. It doesn't have a check valve, but the pointer is rock solid, making readings easy to read. The main issues for me are (1) the lack of a swivel at the end of the valve - which means I always struggle with the hose. install the nozzle in place; and (2) Intercomp does not appear to offer angle fittings for their analog gauges. [Replacement nozzle INT-625007 is for digital gauges]. However, the gauge isn't difficult to use and its readings are very easy to read - the dial is very clear and the glow-in-the-dark is effective. I'm considering replacing it with a Joe's Racing 2 1/2 check valve model - it's cheaper, has a check valve and bleed valve, and the pivot is on the end of the valve rather than the dial. But Intercomp inspires confidence and I recommend it.
