Large air pressure gauge on electric

Large air pressure gauge. I've had mine for 3 years with no problems. I recently bought this item again as a gift for my dad. The large 4 inch face makes it easy for him to read the numbers and the glow in the dark is also nice for him. The chuck at the end took some getting used to compared to many gauges, but now I prefer this one. The rubber hose is very nice and flexible, which I can't say about my other gauge, Moroso. Definitely a good piece and worth considering if you're looking for a…

Expensive but worth it

I thought it was expensive but once I got it I realized it was worth it. I threw away 3 old sensors because they were lying around. I have a Stanly digital compressor which made this clear to me. For a quick check, it was a 1/2 pound difference, which I'm happy with. Warning: This thing is big, unlike my old one. Not sure what the complaint about no silent (sp?) contact is about. The one I have works and is easy to use. In most cases, you can place the pressure gauge on the floor and plug it…

Good easy to read gauge

I chose this one because I wanted to accurately set the tire pressure on my bike. The 0-60psi range is perfect for what I do (my pressure is right in the middle of that range), and the 4-inch face makes it easy to see 1psi increments. The chuck is a flat piece of brass. , which comes in handy when working with sprockets and brake discs. The button is good for releasing excess pressure. The dart kicks in in just a second once you stop releasing air (it bounces around a bit), but that's to be…

Thin gauge that needs a whirl

This monster is a thin gauge and it seems accurate. It doesn't have a check valve, but the pointer is rock solid, making readings easy to read. The main issues for me are (1) the lack of a swivel at the end of the valve - which means I always struggle with the hose. install the nozzle in place; and (2) Intercomp does not appear to offer angle fittings for their analog gauges. [Replacement nozzle INT-625007 is for digital gauges]. However, the gauge isn't difficult to use and its readings are…

Super Quality Tire Gauge

I'm fed up with cheap $5 junk at tire shops. For something as important as tire pressure for safety, performance and wear, there's no point relying on these reliable devices that can't even seal when checking air pressure. So I searched for a long time and found this product. This is a very high quality construction and very similar to the outer rubber bumper protector, incredibly easy to read and use, seals onto the vehicle's air bolt with every measurement. This is a very large caliber…
