My dog weighs 20 pounds and this bow tie is so small you can barely see it on him. He's not even that fluffy! It has an 11" neck and luckily I read other reviews and changed my order from 11" to 14". It's small! The 14" size fits perfectly around his neck. Not an inch of movement. I expected the bow tie and collar to be bigger, it's SMALL. It's too late for me to order another set elsewhere, but that sucks. This combo is probably ideal for small dogs weighing 10 pounds or less, but no more. It's smaller than the palm of your hand. I was looking for something to see when holding a dog for photos. That way we too will keep our heads high.
