Review on 👣 Concord Design C318 Southwest Native American Runner Rug - Ivory Indian Print (2ft X 7ft) by Michele Rojas

I fell in love with this rug from the minute I saw it, but I thought about the quality. I took a risk and bought it. As I unrolled it, I was thrilled to see that the colors were vibrant, the edges were sewn securely, and there wasn't a single flaw in the weave pattern. BUT! It will not lie flat! There are buckles and protrusions in the middle which I tried every way in the book to get them out. I called the manufacturer and he was very nice and suggested I let it sit outside in the sun to relax the jute backing but it is an 8x10 rug, I am 70 years old live alone and have no place left. Put it outside and it probably weighs 150 pounds. I can't return it due to the above issues. So I'll live with this beautiful carpet that has several valleys and hills and hope I don't stumble. On a good note. I bought a runner from the same manufacturer and it was perfect! Laying is even, beautiful colors, no defects. I will definitely buy another rug from this company.
