Came without the correct screws

I have never seen a chrome part that didn't come with the correct mounting screws. How do I find a bolt set at the hardware store that fits this chrome bumper? I never go. They are either zinc or black or stainless but not chrome and will not fit. This renders this bumper unusable. Don't worry if it shows up.
