When I received the containers, the lid of the large round bowl was cracked. I sent a photo to Mcirco on 08/05/20 asking for a cap replacement but have not received a reply within 10 days. The product description says: 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: If you receive broken products or you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please contact our customer service. We will offer you the best solution within 24 hours. The containers are just the right size for me and I would happily keep them. But without a lid they are useless to me. I called Revain customer service and they said they couldn't get in touch with them. I have time to return them until 08/29/20. These are heavy glass containers and I think it's much more economical to just send me a light weight lid. Who else has problems with lids?
