We've worked with this agency before, and they were recommended to us by another agency, who we ended up hiring for a specific project.
This was because they are a small agency with great people, and the only reason we went with them for the project was that they had recently hired the person who had previously helped us, so we knew we could trust them to get the job done. They did an excellent job on the project. They listened to our feedback, worked hard to understand our business, and then made recommendations on how to take advantage of the tools available to make sure we maximized our ROI. For example, they suggested using video testimonials on our site (which we did), suggested writing articles about industry topics related to our niche (which we also did), and showed us how to optimize our blog to increase organic traffic (which we didn't know how to do). All in all, they did a fantastic job! If we ever run into a problem again, they will definitely be our first call.
