I like that our team can customize what we're looking at so it's easy to drill down in certain areas if needed or simply view as much data across multiple platforms (digital + TV). It takes some time getting used to how all of this works but once you do get comfortable with everything then there is nothing really! There are definitely things they could improve upon such as making it easier/quicker to add more filters when viewing results by specific shows etc however overall i think their support has been great throughout my 2 years working here - very helpful & quick responses from sales teams via Slack/email too which helps keep everyone informed about different features and updates going forward.- As mentioned above though adding additional filtering options would be useful e.g show airing date range only instead of both live streaming / recorded versions.
