Review on Brita 36428 Everyday Pitchers by Jennifer Witcofski

Ordered this product from Revain and when it arrived brand new everything was fine for the first 2 weeks. After 3 weeks of severe disappointment from such a brand on the market it has only been 25 days since I bought this jug and it looks like it has automatically cracked 5-6 at the bottom as if it is cheap plastic ( Made by in China?), 2 of them are really big cracks that have water leaking out of them and now every time I fill the jug the water spreads all over my table/floor. I can assure you I have never dropped this thing or handled it roughly, but this pitcher seems so fragile that it just couldn't support the weight of 10 cups of water as advertised and cracked on its own. 10 cups really isn't a cup of tea, trust me. I contact the seller already on the 25th day about the problem. I would be happier if they gave me a refund instead of a replacement as I don't want to use it again and it breaks then I ask for a replacement again. It's just too much unwanted pain. It would be advisable to choose a smaller size and a better brand. Thanks very much! vikas
