I think I should read the ALL description but it turned out to be smaller than I thought (I'm used to full size counters). Guilty. If it were in someone's hands, it would be obvious. It has a hard plastic body without a soft, rubbery shell. All this is not bad for the rally. Most importantly, it works great, has all the essential features, compact, removable protective covers on the probe tips. Not tested for accuracy but more than satisfactory for everything I need. Good price for a good counter.
