Broken, straight out of the box. The fabric quality is very cheap. Quite expensive for a very inferior product. Also, the suit had a very strange smell, similar to sweaty armpits. This is why my poor son didn't have a Halloween costume! Save your money! The hat looks like it was made by a five year old.
