Updated: After about two months of use, I have mixed feelings. I have a feeling the material will definitely not last; it's definitely blurrier than when it first appeared. Our sofa also has fairly deep pockets so I didn't think it would be a problem keeping the cover tucked in, but the foam rollers keep slipping out as people sit on and off the sofa and kids jump on them. So I pinned it in place almost every day so I didn't want a sagging, sad looking sofa. ------- We have had a beautiful beige leather sofa for about ten years now, but recently it has started to loosen and crack. like crazy, and with two toddlers who loved to tug at loose parts, we knew we had to do something about it. We had considered simply replacing it with a new sofa but as we live in an attic apartment this would have cost us more than just a new sofa which would have to be removed from the old one and a new one put in. So I started researching sofa covers as they seemed to be more economical and environmentally friendly. I live in Seoul and all the sofa covers here are about twice as much as this one and since this one had good reviews I took a chance and bought it. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put on (I was able to make my own) and personally it was a bit darker, but that's good as my kids don't waste time getting it dirty. After receiving it I put it in the wash just in case and it seemed to be holding up well. Although the material is quite thin I see that next time I should wash them in mesh laundry bags just in case. I think this also helps keep it in place and not moving around everywhere. My kids have jumped on it and it has held up well. In general, for the price and its effectiveness, I am very satisfied.
