Review on 🥄 Amco Professional Performance Measuring Cups and Spoons – Set of 8, Assorted for Accurate Kitchen Measurements by Diane Diaz

We bought a set of these many (20+?) years ago and we really liked it. Simple design. Well done. Easy to use and clean. We don't need "soft" handles on measuring cups or spoons, and we don't need crevices for leftovers to hide. They still look almost new after all these years. It was nice to see they were still available when we wanted another set. The new kit is much thinner metal and the edges are sharper: I had to polish them with a buffing/abrasive wheel. Not sure if the stainless steel alloy is the same as the new measuring spoons seem to have a stronger magnetic pull than the old set. Old measuring cups are labeled "Korea" and old measuring spoons are labeled "Japan". The origin of the new ones is not specified, but the packaging says "China". If we hadn't tried to match the set (same measuring cups are easier to fold and store) we might be able to buy better glasses for less at the local kitchen store.
