The brush does not work with 30C
Everything fitted and looked fine, when I started the vacuum cleaner it stopped and said the brush was stuck, about every 2-3 minutes. I have the app on my phone so I'd tell it to continue after a while, but the first few times I looked for it, flipped it, and checked the brush. nothing got stuck, nothing broke, nothing on it because it was brand new. Everything else works fine but I ended up ordering a real Eufy brush and it works great now. Yes it is a cheaper option but not worth the hassle for me now I will only buy genuine parts from Eufy I love my little vacuum cleaner (I named it Johnny5) and it deserves better care than this
