Lock system no good

I visioned being able to just grab the plant and pull it down to water and then release and it would pop back up but since you have to lock to plant in the "up" position how do you reach the lock without getting a stool or chair? so you may as well just water the plant while you're up there.

Pros

These pulley hangers save you time and effort from having to climb ladders or stand on stools to reach high places

Cons

The pulleys may not be suitable for all types of hangers, pots, and birdhouses
