I like it, thank you for the quality product.

Noctua is synonymous with quality for me. But I would not recommend THIS product from Noctua for this price. NF-P12 is not worse IMHO. And if you really need a PWM, then it's better to take it cheaper from another manufacturer.
Some pros:
Anti-vibration inserts.
PWM.
Excellent kit! (as always with Noctua).
Has cons:
In terms of noise level, it turned out to be even worse than the Noctua NF-P12, with the same efficiency (54 CFM).
Expensive. In fact, you overpay 250r. just for the shim.
