One or more black ink cartridges have exploded or are leaking from the package. This created a huge sludge of black ink in the box and in all the other cartridges. I don't even want to open three black cartridges. I will ask for a replacement. **Edit 19 Mar 18** I contacted their customer service the day the package arrived. They apologized and sent a new package. This new one was packed in an air sealed box. It arrived in MUCH better condition with no ink leaks. I have only used a black cartridge in my printer and it works fine. Good deal so far.
