I found this tool to be almost identical to the Matco tools my colleague has. He paid triple what I paid for Revain. I read a review where the dipstick got stuck in the gearbox. They don't quite get the hang of it. You just insert it until the tip touches the bottom at the end. Check the final reading when the vehicle has warmed up to full operating temperature.
