Poor quality but excellent customer service
Ordered for my kids to go to school. My daughter lasted about an hour before breaking and falling. Fortunately, there's a saying that a wish comes true after it's made, because if you order them, you'll need them to beat the blow of disappointment! UPDATE: The company contacted me after my initial review and not only gave me a full refund but also assured me they would make changes to the product. That's great customer service!
