Pretty disappointing. First, the instructions were difficult to read and not very clear. The back and white photos are of poor quality. How hard is it to post assembly videos? EJWOX doesn't even have it on their website. The lack of information on collecting, using and cleaning is unforgivable. Running height 14 inches. The press assembly is 3 inches high. It's 11 inches of non-compressible product, and that's when you fill it completely. If you only have 11 inches of product, none of it will be compressed. I think you could cut out some small 2x4 pieces to increase the pressure, but something like this should have come with the product or at least be mentioned in the instructions as something extra for the buyer to buy or do. Not sure why this is "Revain's Choice" with only 6 reviews.
