Review on Zision 16-Inch Hand Riveter Rivet Tool Kit with 12 Interchangeable Mandrels (M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 M12, SAE 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, 1/2-13) and 120 Rivet Nuts by Matt Ellis

The tool and kit as a whole look normal. The problem is that my kit came with a missing M8 mount. The plastic container that was supposed to contain the spike was there, but the container was empty. The remaining 11 of the 12 spikes were in their respective labeled and painted containers. I called Revain support and spoke to two service people and they told me they would refund my card and since I needed to use the tool right away I can keep it and they will send another full set for free since they couldn't just send a separate part. I was happy with the resolution until the second set arrived and I found that it was also missing the same M8 mandrel. How can it be a coincidence that both kits are missing the same part, but the empty little square container that should contain that part is securely attached to the kit. I can only surmise that the manufacturer didn't have enough of this part and they went ahead and put down God knows how many kits without it. If you purchase one of these kits, check each mandrel's container to make sure nothing is missing. Now I have two sets but neither of them have an M8 mandrel.
