I've been a weightlifter for several years and my fear of injury is nothing more. This has happened multiple times, with the worst of them keeping me off the gym for weeks and even months. Few things are worse than being home in pain and knowing you've lost months of progress when you've recovered enough to lift the weight again. it will help hold my muscles. I ended up going without a gym for over two months and taking HMB daily. Normally this kind of interruption would completely erase my movements. I probably would have lost 15 pounds on the bench. When I finally got back to the gym, I decided to drop 15 pounds off the bench after warming up for the first set. Surprisingly, it turned out to be very simple. I gained 5 pounds on the second set with no problem and another 5 on the third. After two months without a gym I've only lost 5 pounds on the bench which is mind blowing! I would not recommend this to anyone who is forced to take a long break from the gym. I'll even take it with me on my next vacation when I need to take a week off from the gym.
