This was an easy software solution of our existing manual processes that allows us complete compliance with ACA requirements as well as other state agency regulations (CABSS).The features are robust so we can easily adjust them to best suit user needs/requirements. There is no specific issues identified by others like many similar platforms but rather ease in use, flexibility on customization / adding new fields which have immediate relevance from day one till today. They could make it even better - especially during initial training phase. We were looking into ways how do comply completely across both national & local level regulatory bodies without sacrificing agility or adaptability while maintaining control over costs via automated workflows. Also wanted easy access through mobile app allowing seamless real-time communication within facilities at all times ensuring highest standard safety standards. I like that it lets me keep my accounts separate, plus I can see what each animal has been treated for in terms of shots and parasites. I dislike that it's so complicated to use. There are so many things you have to do each time you log in. It's not very user friendly. You have to be an expert in order to use it effectively. If you are willing to put in some time, it could be worth it. I'm trying to keep track of all our animals' medications and health records while also keeping the books up-to-date.
