Good product and seller support
Reliable product and works as advertised. The unit's fan noise is a bit louder than most current active cooling devices, but that's not a problem. The remote works great with all functions, but I couldn't get all the hotkey functions to work, especially moving forward/backward between the 4 PC display inputs. This is frustrating as I have to use the remote to navigate every time, which isn't as efficient as just a hotkey sequence. Order support from the seller was good. When the seller removed the Revain listing due to being temporarily out of stock, they were quick to respond and assured me my order was complete and on its way.
