For some reason, after more than 10 years of continuous operation in a mobile home, the consumption of the black sprayer suddenly fell drastically. I checked that the reflux value works fine and the problem must be clogged atomizers in the tank. The mouthwash didn't help at all. Air pressure (over 100psi) didn't help. Long soaking in clean water did not help. I've had 2 treatments with this product and at least 1 more with vinegar (2.5 gallons of 6% in a 40 gallon tank). Each treatment helped some. But it's still about 50% less consumption than the original. I am planning another treatment with vinegar in a higher concentration. Then, if necessary, we try to professionally clean the pressure vessel. It is difficult to do this just because we live in it and the woman is not satisfied with a full black tank for several days of treatment. Problem with the sensor, but not sure yet. The time will show. To be continued in a few months (October). About a month ago I did a 3 day vinegar cure. This was about 6 gallons of 6% vinegar and then about 34 gallons of water was added to fill the tank. If anything, it aggravated the atomizer's flow restriction; but that seemed to fix the sensor issue I was having while nothing else did; So there must have been mineral deposits. Then I called to have the pressure vessel cleaned. The technician immediately told me that the problem with the injector was probably unsolvable. He was right; it's not like this. He said he had a noticeable amount of brown stuff stuck to the sides of the black tank. Having had 2 full treatments of this product in the last 4 months I am disappointed that the debris is getting stuck there (I have been using their RV Digest-it product in the meantime). But the tech told me that the way to unclog a clogged atomizer is to use a CLR and stick it in the hose that feeds the atomizer. I've used most of a bottle (28 ounces) of CLR (<$6) for several hours on repeat treatments and this has resolved. It's better than I can ever remember for how quickly it fills the tank. The method was to attach a short (only a few feet) garden hose to the sprayer inlet with the end slightly higher than the check valve in the wall of the car and pour CLR into the hose until it was full and leave it alone allow . a little; Connect a hose to it and squeeze it a little and repeat the process.
