Review on 🐠 Lifegard Aquatics All-in-One Pond Equipment: Easy Clean Triple Pack by Richard Sallah

I have bought 2 of these filters in the last 1.5 years. My 1st still works great, however the UV lamp needs to be replaced. The 1st UV ballast has offset pins and UV bulbs which I bought (same part number). I am planning to expand my pond so I bought another filter as a backup and I could use the new filter's UV light until I found the right bulb. I received a new filter, reassembled it and found that the UV ballast no longer had misaligned pins, but the lamp sent did. I figured I could use one of the many fake bulbs I ordered only to find the UV cap locking nut was missing from the box. Now I have to keep the parts of each filter in order to get a usable filter. I still really like these filters and Lifegar Aquatics customer service is great but it takes a while to get replacement parts to your door. I have attached photos. The first 3 are the old UV ballast and bulb (by old I mean a little over 1 year old), the next 3 are the new UV ballast and bulb and the missing lock nut.
