Review on Epson T124 DURABrite Ultra Standard Capacity Ink Cartridge Combo Pack (T124120-BCS) For Select Stylus And Workforce Printers - Black & Color by Michael Montgomery

In the middle of a print job I got an error message, 'Ink Cartrige Not Recognized'. After following the Epson directions to resolve the matter without success I replaced the Epsom cartrige with a new Epsom cartridge. This resolved the problem indicating to me that the problem was with the original cartridge.I contacted Epsom and after wasting 50 minutes of my time with the CSR I was informed that my printer/scanner issue was resolved because my printer/scanner was working correctly.I repeatedly told the CSR that the problem was with the ink cart and not the printer/scanner. But he couldn't deviate from the script given him by Epson to resolve printer/scanner problems. It seems that Epson doesn't have a method of resolving ink problems other than to send the purchaser back to Best Buy. They don't stand by their products.Now I have to spend time trying to recover the cost of one ink cart from Best Buy or have the one cart replaced.Epson, shame on you!
