cute but not protective

It's pretty but I'm not thrilled that the 'trinkets' are only attached at each end. So she has 2 collars, so to speak. one is red, the other is jewelry hanging around her neck. kind of annoys me. I'm thinking of using hot glue to attach it to the collar.
