Don't set the time in hours at best

I've been waiting for the atomic clock to set itself for a few days. Send him somewhere in Colorado - are you kidding? Where I'm from, I have no idea where Colo is. West of Connecticut, I know. We've tried outdoors, but where I live, it's not possible to face west. I'm tired of waiting for him to tell me the time!
