Review on 🕷️ Spider Tool Holster Measuring Tape by Matthew Aiono

I bought a Spider tool holster for my tape measure because I keep losing my tape measure at work. I needed something I could use to attach my tape measure to my belt without worrying about losing it. The Spider tool holster keeps my webbing on my belt well. I took the device and attached it to where I usually tape the tape and the clamp snaps so you can't easily remove the device. There's also an area in the clip where you can add a screw and really make sure the device doesn't detach from your strap, but the clip itself is very strong and sturdy. Next I'm going to talk about the piece you put on the tape measure. You need to remove the clip from the tape measure first, but save the screw! Then comes the tricky part where you have to remove the plastic, expose the adhesive and try to line up the screw hole for the spider device and your tape measure and make sure the device looks the way you want your tape to fit. on the device in the right direction. Once you've glued the lock to the tape you can put the screw back in, which I did because I've already lost a couple of tape measures. Finally, place the tape measure on the device until it clicks into place and never have to worry about losing the tape measure again! Now to the actual application of the product. It actually became a joke that I never had a tape measure before because I kept losing it, but now I don't have a tape measure because it's just for show. I learned to use the locking mechanism (because it takes some practice to get used to pressing the switch to unlock the mechanism so you can remove the tape measure from the device), but the tape is very difficult to remove. I have to pry and wiggle it to get it loose and I've tried a few things to make it easier, but the tape is really there. I'd say I'm glad the band is actually there, even when I turn the mechanism off, but I really need to use the band, which is why it's on my belt in the first place. If I can find a way to make it easier to remove from my belt it will be an invaluable product and I will update this review if I find anything. I want to clarify that I removed the entire device from my belt to see if I'm doing something wrong and I know how to properly unlock the device to get the band out, but it's almost like I do the part that attaches the tape measure is a bit too big, so it creates too much friction. I have to take a star off the review for this reason as the strap is not inaccessible but it takes me a minute or two to take it off and I think it should be a lot quicker. I would strongly recommend a tape measure if your feed is for viewing purposes, but if you need quick access to your feed I'm not sure if this is for you. At least you won't lose the ribbon!
