I am very happy with this dehydrator. It's large, so it takes up a lot of counter space. I have it on my cart which I roll out when I use it. It has a wide temperature range suitable for a variety of products. The controls are easy to understand and use, with just a few buttons and a digital display. Heat and air are distributed fairly well inside the compartment. I regularly check products on 10 shelves to see if they need to be turned and they seem to be drying out at a fairly constant rate across all shelves. I had a problem with my device a few months after purchasing it. I contacted ChefWave through their website and received a response the next day. Devora contacted me and asked if I could send some pictures of the problem. I sent them in and the next day I was told they would send a replacement immediately. I value great customer service almost as much as great products, so that meant a lot to me. It's hard for me to go back to a company that doesn't stand behind their products, no matter how good their reputation is. I highly recommend this product.
