I haven't used it in over a week but apparently the glue used isn't heat resistant enough to last long. I bought 45 mangoes and they are already ripe and I dehydrate some of them and I make a fruit peel that also fits in the dehydrator. I tried a fruit bowl. Edible sunburst. I like it. I use a lot less food. If I buy too many jalapenos or peppers, or get a big box of rum tomatoes in my chalkboard box, I don't let them go to waste. If I could rate this product alphabetically I would give it a 4. Suitable as a dehydrator. Note, however, that as a consumer product, this is another run-of-the-mill semi-finished product from China. A review that mentions that it cannot be turned off by pressing the "Off" button is true. "0000" is shown brightly on the display.
