Solid B2B eCommerce Platform with Excellent Customer Support
Easy navigation between modules - no need for separate logins! Very good customer service from Axess team as well when we had any questions or issues that arose during implementation phase of our project (we would like more support in this area).
I am not sure if it's an issue due problems within their platform but there are some strange things happening sometimes causing module access errors etc., which leads us back again into troubleshooting mode instead focusing time solving business challenges faced by clients/our users.
Pros
- The best thing about AXLE is simplicity; very easy to navigate
- Customer Services was excellent once i submitted my request through email, they were able help me out immediately without waiting until next day :)
- Excellent documentation available online with all necessary information needed
