The only reason I'm giving it (4) stars is because Hatchlift customer service sucks. The only way to ask them questions is via email - honestly, you can't photograph your RV on the phone. I have emailed them TWICE in 3 days to give them enough time to reply. No Answer. But as for the product, it works fantastic. Despite the instructions stating that this product cannot be used on side loading beds, I set out to prove them wrong. I replaced the multi-piece KZ Sportsmen 19BHS platform with a solid piece of 5/8" plywood. My dad and I installed a 2x4 to reinforce the frame and platform and then tuned the kit to 50 max*. Excellent Two Finger Lift Work on your customer service hatch lift!
