Review on Sabatier Edgekeeper Pro Knife Block Set: Self-Sharpening 12-Piece Forged Triple Rivet, Black by Sarala Cannon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best serrated knife set I could ask for.

I looked EVERYWHERE for a cheap knife set that had steak knives WITHOUT serrations. I swear it was like finding Nemo. The only sets I could find were WAY overpriced and I almost resigned myself to buying 4-8 decent quality paring knives and just using them with my existing knife set. Then I came across this set of knives recommended on the website. I had my doubts but for the price I was like what the heck. I'm glad I bought them. Each knife has a decent "weight", feels solid in my hand and is sharp enough to cut a mosquito (RIP Uncle Buck). Can't confirm built in ceramic sharpeners, I sharpen all my knives on a whetstone so I wanted serrated steak knives too. At that time, I used each of the knives extensively, including butchering a 25-pound turkey, cutting a ton of twine, steaks, chicken, and other things. I hand wash my knives, hate washing them in the dishwasher and not one of them had a single spot of rust or any other stain. If you've been looking for a set of non-serrated steak knives, I highly recommend this set. I was not paid for this review. I didn't get anything for free for this review (but I'm willing to take anything if you'd like to send it to me :P) I have not entered any competitions with this review and I speak no nonsense is my honest and unsolicited opinion on these knives. If things go wrong with them I will come back and add a few cents more to this review.
