Waste of money, return window closed!
Rear window closed a few days ago; We just tried to install last night. What a nightmare. They locked themselves in the room briefly and attempted to remove the components of this doorknob and return the old one, which was also wobbly. But at least it worked. I've never seen a door knob that just installs and works! All you have to do is pay a little more and get one from a reliable brand like Brinks. I absolutely regret this purchase.
