Great company to do business with.

I love this thing! Great company and great product. I’ve had my unit for 3 years now it’s worked perfectly till two months ago when the cable wasn’t making contact with the input anymore. I wrote the company about the problem within a week a completely new cord was sent free of charge I’m definitely giving them more of my business in the future.

NOT GOOD. Worked for 1 year and then i suspected something wrong on a dry day where our home humidity sensor was at 70 % and the humidicup read 80 in the humidor and the humidor analog built in read 69. I opened my humidor for several hours and the Humidicup went up 1 % to 81 and the build in Analog almost didn''t move. Just for kicks I did the salt test and both our home and analog went to 75 over a 10 hour period (overnight) but the Humidicup was at 89. NOT GOOD. These things cost $2 to make in slave labor China and honestly not worth that.
