Fast and accurate on meat
I chose this appliance to use with my smoker and use it all the time. It's fast and accurate. I compared it to my neighbor, a much more expensive thermometer, and it showed almost identical readings, about 0.2 degrees difference. It has an auto power off function after 10 minutes to save battery. Can be cleaned easily and quickly. to the smoking and grill thermometer.
