Review on 🍹 CopperBull Heavy Gauge 1mm Hammered Copper Pitcher Jug with Lid - Perfect for Moscow Mules, 2.2-Quart (Hammered Copper) by Peter Nobles

Bought this mug 2 months ago but couldn't use it due to moving. Now that I finally calmed down and was done, I saw that the jug was covered in black spots on the outside (everything is fine on the inside). I wanted to return this product but the seller offered to clean it. I cleaned it externally in many ways, nothing helped and I contacted the seller again. I was offered an exchange. Unfortunately I can no longer trust this brand and still wanted to return and get a refund as it is an unused item with a quality issue. Long story short, neither the seller nor Revain customer service were willing to help. They said nothing can be done because it is outside of the 30 day return policy. Bottom line I lost about $64 and am very disappointed in the product and service.
