As the saying goes - full assembly. The developers of the guide should be fired! Finally find their elementary diagrams. No real explanations to help the process. It takes a long time to assemble, especially since you have to figure out what their lame instructions actually mean. I'm sure blueprints make sense for designers, but they certainly didn't try them out in public first. I did NOT hang my first one. Instead, I attached all 10 arms to the top and bottom brackets (round pieces with 10 screws in them). So I could place it on the table in front of me and begin the laborious process of putting on the crystals. So that the individual crystals hang well, I first put on crystals that hang from one bracket to the other (c, d, e, f). After they were all hung, I went back and put each crystal in its place. It was a lot easier that way. Initially I started working on two arms (a and b) at the same time, placing single crystals first. That's when I realized that a single crystal hangs better in front of other crystals than behind them. Finally, I used needle nose pliers for the whole thing. This made hanging the crystals much easier. I sincerely hope this helps. The end product is wonderful!
