Great chandelier, looks great in our medium sized dining room. A lot of assembly was required though - nothing came pre-assembled. It took hours to attach all the arms and each crystal. But good price and quality.

THE ACTUAL LIGHT INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT. Adding crystal was a nightmare as the crystal doesn't have small hooks unlike other chandeliers. They have round round wires that need to be opened up and then bent to keep them from falling off.

The individual parts look a little cheap, but they look great when assembled.** Allow 3 1/2 hours to put it all together while standing on the stairs!*** If I knew what to do with it it takes so long to assemble each part that i would order something else. But now that it's in my bathroom, it looks great.

When renovating the hallway bathroom, we wanted to add a chandelier above the bathroom. Perfect size, not big not small, we added a ceiling pendant to brighten the light even more but we are happy with this purchase. Be prepared to spend hours building it, the instructions are the worst instructions we have ever tried to follow. What helped us was enlarging the image of the finished chandelier and choosing between the printed instructions and the image.

Looks very nice. I thought it was shiny metal but it looks like matte chrome. I decided it was going to be a bit big and too big for the space I was going to use it in. The reviews said it would take a long time to assemble so I bought another lamp which works great and only took 5 minutes to hang everything on it. I think it's great, just doesn't work for me, particularly. with long construction times.

I love puzzles and working with details so putting the chandelier together was a pleasure. A few tips: Make sure all the vertical supports are aligned the same way, I attached them loosely and waited until I had them all done before tightening the screws. I waited to install the bottom row of crystals until I had hung the chandelier so I could conveniently place it on a solid surface without worrying about bending any of the rings or damaging the crystal. As the saying goes - full assembly. The developers of the guide should be fired! Finally find their elementary diagrams. No real explanations to help the process. It takes a long time to assemble, especially since you have to figure out what their lame instructions actually mean. I'm sure blueprints make sense for designers, but they certainly didn't try them out in public first. I did NOT hang my first one.
