I was very interested in this because it doesn't require toothpaste. To be honest, I was quite skeptical and just wanted to try it out. I need very soft bristles and a compact head on my toothbrush. I'm guessing it's not a huge head size. I think how well this works depends on how much plaque and tartar you have. Eating a ton of garlic and then onions and other strong-smelling spices or foods may not get rid of bad breath. But unless you have bad breath, this seems to clean your teeth pretty well. The bristles are a "natural mineral" and have an ionizing effect. I don't really understand how it works scientifically, but it's handy to have with you in case you run out of toothpaste. And you can also use toothpaste with it if you find you still have bad breath while brushing.
