I love him but he is flawed.
The container was badly cracked when received. The box is not crumpled, only the goods inside. So I have cracks in the container preventing it from sitting flat on my counter. Of course I can return the goods, but in my opinion it's not worth it. I love that the straws unfold when you open the lid so you can grab one without touching the others so it's hygienic. I also love the colors and when the included straws run out they are easy to replace. I only wish Revain had the best return/replacement policy for items damaged through no fault of my own, especially if the item is less than $20. ππΌ
