My son has been grinding his teeth since he first erupted. Uses the SleepBright brand. I bought it as a cheap and quick alternative. He barely put it in his mouth and immediately spat it out. He said they were disgusting and he would never put them in his mouth again. I tried to find out the details, but apparently the failure was so complete that he just flinched. So go ahead and don't waste your money on it.
