I was very surprised after wearing this thing how effective it is. It's lightweight and comes in a handy storage/carrying case. It has great compressive strength and helps with sore muscles and circulation. I like that it's warm too. It makes noise during use, but that doesn't bother me. There are 3 modes: pressing, kneading and shiatsu. I think I like the Press mode which is best for general compression. Shiatsu focuses on your legs. I enjoy "dressing" in the evening after work!
