Review on πŸͺ₯ Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 5300: Advanced Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush for Effective Oral Care - Black, HX6423/34 by Maria Gonzalez

Named "protective cleaning " but no "cleaning " C2, brush head model inside? You have to pay more for the head

I bought a Sonicare model 5300. Firstly, I couldn't register them on the Phillips website to extend the warranty? Why? The model number did not appear in the drop down menu on the Phillips website. The Sonicare 5300 was not listed with the model number 6423/34. The listing was 6423/85 and it was the closest but it was the wrong toothbrush. That was problem number one. Second, I got this toothbrush for cleaning plaque, primarily for gum care and teeth whitening, which comes second and third. Here in the box were 3 detachable brushes. However, there were 2 whitening tips (W) and 1 gum care tip (G2), but no CLEAN tip (C2). The manual said it was, but it wasn't. Consequently, when using the cleaning mode, I did not have a CLEAN C2 head available and had to purchase it separately. Also, you should have signed up for a "free brush head" but the FREEBRUSHHEAD coupon code didn't work. All it did was sign me up for auto-pay/auto-deliver brush heads, assuming I would need new brush heads to install every 3 months or 90 days. sorry no thanks Misleading advertising? I think so. I just bought your brush for $100. Could you give me a SCAY cleaning head? Phillips? Are these unreasonable expectations? I'm disappointed. Philips moves from dollar to nickel.
