Good product. The "free " brush head offer is not a free offer.

Overall a great product that really cleans your teeth. The result is better than with a standard brush. Please note: offering a free brush head is a marketing trap. Don't waste your time. You just get a "FREEBRUSHHEAD" code, then you have to redeem it and agree to a subscription, which includes about three heads every few months for at least $13 shipping. So don't worry and just enjoy your sonic toothbrush.

The best toothbrush ever!

I really like this toothbrush! I've been using the Oral B electric toothbrush for years and it has never cleaned my teeth as well as this one! It feels like I just got back from the dentist. Love it! However, the instructions in the box were wrong. They are designed for a very different Sonicare toothbrush.

  • Good cause

Best of the two best brands

After 10 years I've finally upgraded my toothbrush. Out of curiosity, I bought a Sonic and one of the other leading brands, Oral-B. I prefer the Sonic for the following reasons: 1) it automatically shuts off after 2 minutes and gives you alerts for those 2 minutes 30 seconds to guide you through the brushing process; 2) I am one of those rare adults who still have all 4 of my wisdom teeth. The sonic brush is slightly tapered at the end, making it much easier than the O brand; 3) Sonic has a…

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Damaged

Just received 3 days ago. Doesn't seem to be as strong as the Diamond version (but that might be because the built-in program gets stronger every time you use it for the first 2 weeks). My only problem is trying to register it to get the promised free brush head. 1. In order to GET a brush head, you must enroll in a program that will automatically mail you brush heads for a fee. 2. YOU DO NOT ENTER THE "5300" MODEL NUMBER ANYWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE! This is very strange and makes me wonder if…

Fantastic sonic toothbrush

Gentle and thorough cleaning. I am satisfied with how clean my teeth are after using this toothbrush. Prevents gum recession, removes all plaque. It even has a setting that lingers a little longer to clean the tongue. Easy to use, battery lasts at least two weeks. The brush heads are small for the best and most complete contact with the curved surface of each tooth. The bristles are soft yet exceptionally clean without damaging teeth and gums. Warning signal for low battery and the need to…

  • Stylish and modern design

Misleading listing - read and learn from my mistake

The product itself is good. However, I am very upset about the misleading list. I bought the $99 version with two bonus attachments instead of the $79 model which only comes with one. Now, I'm not naive enough not to know I'm paying for these "bonus" tips, but I figured the $20 difference was worth it considering the price of the tips. In the box I received two full brush heads, both type W. I would have liked some variety, but the lack of a third brush head frustrated me more. There is a…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

I bought a Sonicare model 5300. Firstly, I couldn't register them on the Phillips website to extend the warranty? Why? The model number did not appear in the drop down menu on the Phillips website. The Sonicare 5300 was not listed with the model number 6423/34. The listing was 6423/85 and it was the closest but it was the wrong toothbrush. That was problem number one. Second, I got this toothbrush for cleaning plaque, primarily for gum care and teeth whitening, which comes second and third…
