The product itself is good. However, I am very upset about the misleading list. I bought the $99 version with two bonus attachments instead of the $79 model which only comes with one. Now, I'm not naive enough not to know I'm paying for these "bonus" tips, but I figured the $20 difference was worth it considering the price of the tips. In the box I received two full brush heads, both type W. I would have liked some variety, but the lack of a third brush head frustrated me more. There is a coupon to register your product and a promo code to get a free brush head. It was annoying at worst, a mild inconvenience. Many companies do this by offering a free product only for the shipping cost or other terms. I'm familiar with this concept, but the listing doesn't mention that this will be the process for "2 bonus heads". Fast forward, the code doesn't work. I'm attaching screenshots of the messages I received. In short, just buy the base model and spend $20 on attachments if needed. I hope this was helpful and I can prevent at least one person from falling. for this trick. The toothbrush itself is really great. I'm just upset that I spent $20 more on it than I should have.
